BIOSIS Citation Index 1955-

BIOSIS Citation Index  - a new citation database available at Web of Knowledge´s new platform  (5.1) and searchable  with Web of Science and Chinese Citation Index. A citation index contains the references cited by the authors of the articles covered by the index.

BIOSIS Citation Index include the same features as Web of Science:

Citation Reports -   aggregate citation statistics for a set of search results. These statistics include:
>The total number of times all items have been cited
>The average number of times an item has been cited
>The number of times an item has been cited each year
>The average number of times an item has been cited in a year
In addition, the Citation Report provides the h-index count. This metric is useful because it discounts the disproportionate weight of highly cited papers or papers that have not yet been cited.
Citation Maps 
A Citation Map is a graphical representation that shows the citation relationships (cited references and citing articles) between a paper and other papers using various visualization tools and techniques.
Times Cited Table
displays a breakdown of all Times Cited counts across all databases in ISI Web of Knowledge, including counts from product databases that are not in your institution's subscription
